Group, LLC specializes in assisting small
to mid-size hospitals improve their strategic
positioning, operating performance, organizational
culture, and employee engagement.
Formed
by Jack Bebiak in 1998, Magellan Management
Group, LLC was acquired in 2000 by Blue
& Co., LLC (Blue). Although Magellan
Management Group, LLC operates independently,
it has access to and the support of Blue's
vast expertise in hospital and healthcare
accounting, audit, reimbursement, and financial
management.

B. Reed,
FACHE, is President
of Magellan Management Group, LLC. Steve has
over 23 years experience in hospital administration
in proprietary hospital systems and not-for-profit
community hospitals. Steve's leadership and
consulting experience includes tertiary care
and teaching hospitals, single specialty hospitals,
and critical access facilities. Steve is a
graduate of the IUPUI MHA program in health
administration, and completed his bachelors
of science in business management and marketing
from Indiana State University. Steve is also
an instructor on the health administration
faculty at IUPUI.
